This training supports the skills therapists currently use and then challenges them to expand on self reflection of how they can utilize MI when working with clients. Integration of CBT, countertransference and ethical responsibilities are woven in to create a more dynamic perspective of how this style is facilitated and drives outcomes for fidelity. Skills are presented, followed by a supporting video and activity to ensure inclusion of learning styles. Therapists should leave the training prepared to start practicing MI with clients immediately.
